Cypress Grove Engagement Session Lafayette Wedding Photographer
I met Alexandra via a facebook post… we met in person at a bridal show held at Rip Van Winkle Gardens . She was so laid back and happy! I just knew that not only would her upcoming sessions with me be amazing, but that her wedding would be off the charts as well.
I met Alexandra and her fiance Max at Cypress Grove Wedding Venue in Eunice, LA. We had reign over the property, left to explore and let my imagination run wild. Max and Alex brought their sweet pup. If you ever have a question for me, never hesitate to ask! And if that question is can we bring our pup, the answer will always be a YES. And talk about a poser. Their sweet pup acted like he was the star of the show lol. We started our session with him, and then Max’s parents took over pup sitting while we finished.
The light was amazing, dancing through the tress, lighting up Max and Alex like they were on stage. They changed outfits twice, which is something I am also always ok with 🙂 I love variety, and new outfits spark my imagination even more.
Max and Alex smiled so effortlessly… and laughed and laughed and laughed. I felt like I was a fly on the wall during one of their dates.
Cypress Grove is a vast venue, with cabins (Alex got ready in one on her wedding day), a forest to explore, and antique truck that begged for Max and Alex to pose on (they are both such old souls), the Ole Chapelle store which sent my prop loving self to heaven and back… (just wait till the wedding blog is posted 😉 ).
