Lafayette, LA Maternity Newborn Photography
Such a glowing gorgeous mamma to be. I met this sweet couple at Moncus Park in Lafayette, LA. It is one of my go to spots, as it is easy for people to find and the light is always beautiful…. oh and dogs are welcomed!!! (oh and Don’s Seafood is just down the road and I love their JACKED UP SHRIMP OMG so good)
Side note: My children call Moncus “their Kingdom” ~ it is one of our favorite places to go and just BE. The kids love the large oaks, and imagine that they are part of their castle walls. Brings to mind the pages of Bridge to Terabithia for me.
When we were out at Moncus the weather was so lovely. We really lucked out and the temperature was more fall like than wintery. K was so pretty in her emerald green dress. I seriously wish I had looked a fraction of that amazing while I was expecting. I had more of a stuffed pepper vibe about me 🙂
Their sweet pup Denali was all about getting his moment to shine. He is their first child after all. And so well behaved! I loved being able to incorporate him into their portraits.
